Circoo User Data Deletion Instructions
Thank you for using the Circoo app! We value your data privacy and are committed to providing you with convenient data management options. If you wish to delete the personal data stored in the Circoo app, you can follow these methods:
I. Delete Data through In-app Functions
- Log in to the Circoo app: Use your registered account and password to log in to the Circoo app.
- Access the profile and settings: Click on your profile picture or account icon in the app interface (usually located in the upper right corner) to enter the profile page.
- Data deletion options: In the profile page or settings menu, find options related to "Privacy Settings" or "Data Management".
- Select data to delete: On the data management page, you will see different types of data options, such as transaction records, personal information, browsing history, etc. Select the data categories you wish to delete and follow the prompts to proceed with the deletion.
- Confirm deletion: The system will prompt you to confirm the deletion operation. After confirmation, the relevant data will be deleted from the app. Please note that some data may still be retained for a certain period due to legal requirements or system backup needs, but it will no longer be retrievable or usable.
II. Delete Data by Contacting Customer Service
If you are unable to complete the data deletion through the in-app functions or have other special requirements, you can contact our customer service team for assistance in the following ways:
- Email: Send an email to circoo2025@gmail.com. Indicate "Data Deletion Request" in the email subject and provide detailed information about your needs in the email content, including your registered account and the types of data you want to delete.
- Customer service hotline: Call our customer service hotline at 858-349-3872, get in touch with our customer service representatives, inform them of your data deletion request, and provide relevant identity verification information as guided by the customer service staff.
- Address: You can also contact us by sending a letter. The mailing address is: 8775 Costa Verde Blvd, San Diego, CA, 92122. Please clearly state your data deletion request and relevant information in the letter.
We promise to respond to your data deletion request within 3 working days and complete the data deletion operation within 15 working days (except in special circumstances). If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
